Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce Applications

Location: Galway (Hybrid, 50%)

Salary: 75-80K (DOE)

The Role
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Business Systems Analyst to join a global SaaS leader in governance, risk, and compliance solutions. This role is ideal for a Salesforce specialist who enjoys combining business analysis with technical delivery. You’ll collaborate with global teams to design, implement, and optimise Salesforce solutions that support large-scale commercial operations and customer engagement.

Key Focus

• Partner with CRM leads and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

• Design, test, and implement enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

• Drive automation through Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder

• Develop and maintain documentation including business process maps and data flow diagrams

• Manage and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

• Support enterprise-level Salesforce integrations with third-party applications

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, efficient, and secure technical solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce configuration and development (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce)

• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud

• Experience in Salesforce automation and integration projects

• Salesforce Admin or Consultant certifications preferred

• Background in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

• Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environments

• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills with a passion for problem-solving
